2. Products & Custom Orders

We offer both ready-to-ship items and fully custom handcrafted products. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Ready-to-ship items are sold as described. Photos are representative; slight variations in color or finish may occur due to handcrafted nature.
• Custom orders are made to your specifications. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
• We reserve the right to decline any order that we are unable to fulfill or that violates our policies.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of order.

• Payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Commerce.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request — contact us for details.
• Custom orders may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Ready-to-ship items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
• Custom orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.
• Addon orders: Addon items are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
• We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product photos, designs, text, and graphics — is the property of Crafts Done By Me LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By submitting a custom order with your own design or artwork, you represent that you have the rights to use that design and grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
